This is done over the music to the song Music Box Dancer by Frank Mills. At 10 minutes a man gives what seems to be news. He spoke of the wars in Ukraine and Iran. He also spoke of North Korean soldiers being sent to fight for Russia in Ukraine. Sports news also given. The final 8 minutes (transmissions are 28 minutes) are dedicated to further messages of hope.
